Confirmation & Agreement
Receive your order confirmation and, if required, a simple agreement to authorize shipment.

Shipment
Cells are shipped under controlled conditions to ensure viability on arrival.
Required Order Information
- Billing address and department
- Contact person with email and phone
- Delivery address and contact
- Your purchase order number (if applicable)
- Item number or product name
- VAT number for EU customers
Material Transfer Agreement
- Most cell lines require a short MTA or supply agreement
- This ensures proper use and regulatory compliance
- The standard MTA is typically available on the product page; other agreements are supplied when needed
- Order confirmations and invoices are sent electronically
