| Description | Established from an 11-year-old boy with Burkitt lymphoma. This cell line is a variant of Burkitt cell line Raji. This cell line is deficient in expression of HLA Class II antigen. RJ2.2.5 is deleted at least in 1 allele of the MHC Class II transactivator (CIITA), the other allele of CIITA is also affected but not completely deleted. RJ2.2.5 is EBNA positive of Epstein Barr virus. |

| Conditions d'entreposage | For long-term preservation, place vials in vapor-phase liquid nitrogen at about −150 to −196 °C. Storage at −80 °C is acceptable only as a short interim step before transfer to liquid nitrogen. |
