- Delivery address and contact
- Purchase order number, if applicable
- Item number or product name
- VAT number for EU customers
Material Transfer Agreement
- Most cell lines require a short MTA or supply agreement
- This supports proper use and regulatory compliance
- The standard MTA is typically available on the product page
- Other agreements are supplied when needed
- Order confirmations and invoices are sent electronically
