Shipping Process
We strive to dispatch our products swiftly, partnering with courier services to ensure prompt delivery. Freight charges are billed unless agreed otherwise. Any additional shipping costs or customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer. For unexpectedly high freight fees, Cytion reserves the right to bill these costs separately. Customers may opt to use their own shipping services. Items shipped with dry ice meet IATA regulations and have specific packaging requirements. We itemize freight fees and expenses for packaging, dry ice, cool packs, heat packs, or necessary documentation (such as CITES, among others) as separate entries on your invoice.

Storage
You'll be notified of the shipping date by Cytion or our courier partner, for which a valid email address is required from you. Upon arrival, promptly freeze the goods according to the specific product needs: this could be at -20°C, -80°C, or in a liquid nitrogen tank at -196°C. Check the parcel or our data sheets for the exact storage conditions.
