Ordering Process
When you place an order request, whether through our online store or by submitting a purchase order via email, fax, or telephone, it's important to note that this initial request does not automatically confirm your order with Cytion. The official acceptance of your order will be confirmed exclusively through an order confirmation sent by our dedicated Cytion team.
For orders involving cell lines, stem cells, or primary cells, please be aware that a licensing agreement may be necessary before we can proceed with processing your order. This is to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

If you are a registered customer, you can conveniently add products to your shopping cart and submit an order request through our online shop.
